Getting your patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes started on the Dexcom G7 CGM System is easy, and we have teams in place to support every step of the process.
Follow these two steps:
Enter “Dexcom G7” in your e-prescribing software and select the quantities and refills for each component.
Sign, order, and submit prescription to ASPN or your patients’ preferred local pharmacy.

Dexcom G7 Components
Patients or caregivers can insert the all-in-one sensor transmitter with the auto-applicator. Once the 30 minute warm-up is complete, then they will be able to view glucose data from the transmitter via a patient's selected display device. The auto-applicator comes preloaded with a sensor.
Receiver required for Medicare beneficiaries.

Dexcom G7 Auto-Applicator
The easy-to-use sensor applicator is painless,* smaller, and uses less plastic than the Dexcom G6.
Dexcom G7 Receiver (optional)
Allows patients to view their real-time glucose data and trends. Dexcom G7 also enables patients to receive a suite of alerts, an Urgent Low alert, and other notifications on their display device,† which can help warn them of high or low glucose levels.

The activation card provides guidance for patients to start on the Dexcom G7 including a set-up guide and instructions for use.
